From the selection of raw materials to the finished product, we follow clear defined quality standardsguidelines that ensure transparency, safety, and complete traceability throughout the entire supply chain.
A systematic quality management as well as regular inspections by internal and independent external laboratories ensure that every ingredient meets our high standards. We assess not only sensory characteristics such as taste and freshness, but also origin, purity, and microbiological and chemical factors.

Quality control
We source our raw materials exclusively on the basis detailed specificationsin which all relevant quality characteristics are precisely defined. As soon as the goods arrive, our quality assurance carries out comprehensive incoming goods inspections according to a defined sampling plan.
In our in-house laboratory we check sensory criteria such as taste, appearance, smell, and purity as well as product-specific characteristics, including size, count, and possible damage. In addition, external, accredited testing laboratories test the raw materials for residues such as pesticides, heavy metals, microbiological contamination, and mold toxins.
We only source many of our raw materials after receiving a flawless preliminary analysis directly from the country of origin. Once the goods arrive, they are checked again to ensure maximum safety, consistent quality, and reliable product standards.
Our team of experts
Our seven-member team is made up of experienced nutritionists and food technologists who in-depth expertise contribute daily to the assessment and assurance of our product quality. The great variety of our raw materials requires a high degree of analytical expertise, care, and industry knowledge: this is precisely where one of our core strengths lies.
For continuous quality assurance, our employees regularly carry out random Supplier audits supplier audits. On site, they check processes, production conditions, and quality standards to ensure that our requirements are not only met, but consistently upheld.
Our certificates
Several times a year, the organic control body LACON checks our company for compliance with EU Organic Regulation No. 2018/848. Some of our products also carry the Fairtrade seal. Here too, annual inspections are carried out to ensure compliance with the standards.
In addition, we are certified to the IFS Broker Standard, which further underlines our high standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
