Our History
Founded
Founded in Hamburg by Horst Bode, trading in conventional delicatessen products and spices.
Switch to organic
Organic foods are still not very widespread. The organic idea grows within the family, and so both private life and business are converted.
2nd generation
Son Frank Bode takes over the company at the age of
23, with three employees.
Bode grows
Strong expansion, with 80 employees by now, and new warehouses are built.
Change of generation
The third generation of the Bode family joins the company.
