Raw food
You pay attention to a natural diet and you want to consume your products in raw food quality?
We carry a range of products that meet the requirements for raw food.
There are different standards, such as a mechanical drying in ovens or tunnels at 40, 45 or 50 degrees, or the sun drying, for which no temperature information is provided. Denotes a natural drying, drying at ambient temperature on the plant such as in lenses.
During the production process the above mentioned temperatures may also not be exceeded.
The temperature during the transportation is not considered, as it cannot be continuously monitored and logged from harvest to delivery to us. There are mostly non-refrigerated containers and trucks in use.
The list of possible raw products gives you an overview. We get the products from different vendors, so not each delivery meets the raw food standards. Therefore, please ask our sales team. We also lead in some products names the word of "raw", these are basically of raw food quality.
